Under the supervision of the Board, Shri Kunal Sood, Executive Director, is in charge of overall operations. He is a post-graduate in Business Administration and has taken charge of the business from 1999 onwards. To assist him, highly trained technocrats are deputed in each centre which consists of a well qualified team of professionals in production, quality & finance.

Besides, Shri K.K. Sood, the Managing Director, keeps in constant touch with the customers, management staff and labour force. There is well defined division of work based on the Principles of Modern Management.
